A third-party logistics (3PL) provider handles storage, fulfillment, and shipping on your behalf. Where is your warehouse located?
Our warehouse is located in Chino, California — strategically positioned in the Inland Empire for fast access to the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, and efficient last-mile delivery across Southern California and beyond.
How do I get started with Kanson Group?

What carriers do you work with?
We work with all major carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. We also support client-arranged (self-arranged) shipping if you have existing carrier contracts. Our Shipout OMS platform provides real-time tracking across all carriers.
How does your pricing work?
Our pricing is transparent and itemized — you only pay for what you use. Inbound receiving, storage, outbound processing, and returns are billed separately based on your actual activity. Is there a minimum storage requirement?
We work with businesses of all sizes. There is a minimum daily storage charge of $0.01 per cubic foot, but no minimum volume commitment. Whether you're storing a few pallets or thousands of cubic feet, we can accommodate your needs.
Can you handle product returns?
Yes. Our return processing service covers receiving, inspection, reweighing, SKU sorting, repackaging, and restocking. Pricing is per tracking number with transparent add-on fees for reweighing and sorting. We provide a full audit trail for every return.
How do I track my inventory?
We use the Shipout OMS platform, which gives you 24/7 access to real-time inventory levels, inbound receipts, outbound orders, and return logs. You can access the portal from any device — use the Login button at the top of this page to access your account.
