How is storage calculated?
Storage is billed daily per cubic foot (CuFT) based on the actual space your inventory occupies. Rates are tiered — the longer your goods stay, the applicable rate changes for that portion of time.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes — the minimum daily charge per SKU location is $0.01. This ensures small-quantity inventory is still accurately tracked and billed.
Can I access my inventory reports?
Yes. You have 24/7 access to your inventory through the Shipout OMS portal. Detailed reports by SKU, location, and date are available at any time.
What happens to goods that are left for over a year?
Goods stored beyond 366 days are billed at the extended rate of $0.0350/CuFT/day. If inventory remains inactive for over 180 days, we may contact you per our General Agreement policy.
