How Outbound Processing Works

Order Received

Orders flow in via your e-commerce platform, marketplace (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, etc.), or directly via API push to our Shipout WMS.

Picking

Our team picks each item from the correct bin location using the Shipout WMS mobile app — ensuring SKU accuracy on every order.

Packing

Items are packed according to your specifications — standard poly bags, boxes, custom packaging, or fragile wrapping as needed.

Labeling & Carrier Selection

Shipping labels are generated and applied. We route each order to the best-rate carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) based on weight, dimensions, and delivery zone.

Handoff to Carrier & Tracking Update

Packages are handed off to the carrier on the same day. Tracking numbers are pushed back to your system or OMS portal automatically.

Frequently Asked Questions

What carriers do you work with?
We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. We also support Stamps.com, Easypost, and other carrier aggregators. We'll recommend the most cost-effective option based on your package specs.
What's the cutoff time for same-day shipping?
Orders received by 12 PM Pacific Time are processed and handed off to carriers the same business day, subject to carrier pickup schedules.
Do you support custom packaging or branded boxes?
Yes. You can ship your own branded packaging to our warehouse and we will use it for outbound orders. Custom insert cards and branded tape are also supported.
What if a package weighs over 150 lbs?
Packages over 150 lbs are handled as freight/pallet shipments. Truck pallet pricing applies: $40.00 per pallet plus $0.35 per label. For oversized freight, please contact us for a custom quote.
