Returned packages arrive at our Chino dock via any carrier. Each return is logged by tracking number immediately upon receipt.
Each returned item is opened and visually inspected for damage, completeness, and condition. Damage is photographed and documented.
Items are reweighed and billed at the applicable weight tier. Accurate weights ensure proper restocking and potential carrier claim support.
Returned items are sorted by SKU type. The more SKU types in a return batch, the higher the per-unit sorting rate — reflecting the labor involved.
Sellable items are restocked into inventory. Damaged or unsellable items are quarantined and flagged for your review and disposition instructions.
You receive a detailed return report via the Shipout portal — showing tracking numbers, item conditions, weights, and updated inventory levels.
